We also offer In-Store Pickup for our local customers. Select "In-Store Pickup" at Checkout to pick up your items at our downtown Asheville location. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 calendar days.

International customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes on international orders. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Sadly, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend you contact your local post and customs office for additional information.
Coupon Codes and Discounts
Occasionally we'll have coupon codes available for further discounts. After you've added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, begin the checkout process by inputing your name, address, and contact information, click the "continue" button and at the top of the next page you will see a box for you to enter your coupon code. Click "apply" and your savings will appear. Items sold at 20% off or more with a coupon code are not eligible for return.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase at MinxAsheville.com but, at the present moment, are only redeemable at our brick-and-mortar location. The ability to use in-store credit and gift certificates online will be available in the future.
Returns and Exchanges:
All sale items sold at 20% off or more are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange. Bathing suits, hosiery, intimate apparel and nail polish are also final sale items and not eligible for return or exchange.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, non-discounted items may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Bathing suits, hosiery, intimate apparel and nail polish are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage, wear, scuffs and postal labels.
All returns need to be authorized before exchanges or refunds can be made. Contact email@example.com with your return request. Please include original e-mailed invoice or return form with your return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items but we'll foot the bill to ship exchanges back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Same rules as above apply. Customers still need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize the return before coming in. Bring your original e-mailed invoice or return form with your return. All in-store returns are for store credit or exchange only. If you wish to be refunded in the original form of payment, you may drop your return at our store location, but it will still take 2 weeks for processing.

Contact email@example.com with your request for exchange. We will happily swap out your item for a different size if available and shipping charges will be split between Minx and the customer. (Customer ships items back to us and we'll pay for shipping back to the customer.) Should you wish to exchange for a different item of an equal or lesser value, we can work with you there as well.
